Processing methods

The data will be processed on IT supports, with respect for the legal provisions that aim to guarantee the security and confidentiality, as well as the precision, updating and relevance of the data with respect for the purposes declared. The data will be entered in the relevant databases which will be accessed and therefore known about by the members of staff expressly designated by the undersigned as personal data processors. The data will be kept for the amount of time strictly necessary in order to reach the indicated aims.

Nature of data provision
The provision of personal data is optional, however any refusal to provide it either fully or partly may lead to the impossibility for the undersigned to follow up the requests sent.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right at any time to exercise the rights as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. In particular, he has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence, or not, of the data provided (content and origin), check the precision or request the integration, updating or correction of the data. In accordance with the same article, he also has the right to ask for the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed against the law, as well as opposing processing in any case, for legitimate reasons.
